Submission Guidelines
Authors are encouraged to highlight the novelty and potential impact of their work. All poster submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review, so please ensure that no author names, affiliations, or identifying information are included in the manuscript. Submissions must be between 3 and 4 pages, including all technical content, figures, tables, and references. They must follow the IEEE double-column format (10-point font), consistent with the main conference formatting guidelines. All submissions should be in PDF format.

Important Dates
Poster Submission Starts: August 15, 2025
Poster Submission Deadline: October 7, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: November 7, 2025
Camera-ready Submission: November 15, 2025
Poster Format for Printing
You will need to bring a printed copy of your accepted poster to the poster session. Please prepare your posters in dimensions: A0 (841 x 1189 mm or 33.11 x 46.81 inches) in portrait orientation. We will arrange for the necessary support system, including poster stands, clips, etc. Posters should be visually engaging, focusing on figures, diagrams, key results, and high-level takeaways rather than large blocks of text. Think of your poster as a conversation starter—a tool that sparks interest and encourages feedback.
